Training Sessions

Training sessions are easy to set up since you can train on your own or coordinate with only a few others. OPA comes to where it’s most convenient for you to paddle. You will reap additional benefits of practicing in small groups such as more coaching time, personal training programs, and you will make considerable improvements in your fitness, paddling skill, and technique after just a few sessions.

Training Options:
Private, Semi-private, Group (3 or more), Clinics, and Boat rentals

Training Packages:
Single session, 5 session package, 10 session package, and 20 session package

Length of Sessions:
60 minute session(s), and 90 minute session(s)
